With over 25 years of experience in corporate restructuring, insolvency, forensic accounting assignments, litigation support, and commercial sector work, Kelvin has managed numerous receiverships and monitoring accountant assignments appointed by companies and financial institutions. He has extensive experience negotiating with creditors and financiers to restructure the debts of companies. Kelvin has also overseen the finance department and reporting functions of companies listed in the Stock Exchange of Singapore.

As one of the co-founders of RHT Atlas, Kelvin brings his wealth of expertise to the firm. Prior to starting RHT Atlas in May 2023, he was the head of the Insolvency practice at one of the largest corporate solutions providers in Singapore for over three years. Before that, he was a co-founder and Senior Director at the Ardent group of companies since 2008.
